Really, the only ways I apply SPF on a daily basis are primers or powders.
If I’m going to the pool or beach, I apply some serious SPF 50 before stepping out the door. Otherwise, SPF primers and powders are the only way to go for me.
Who is going to walk around with a tube of Banana Boat, reapplying creamy, white SPF over makeup all day? I don’t know anyone who does that. SPF powder is a great way to re-apply throughout the day. Below is a link to my review of a favorite.
I’m at the age now when all my friends are having things cut off their faces and biopsied. I spent the 80’s in my backyard covered in baby oil, so I’m sure I’ll be getting cut on soon enough. My point is, people my age are looking for ways to protect their skin, and these are two fantastic ways to do it. Better late than never!
